Welcome to ZenithAI, an AI lifecoach platform owned by DataStreams Solutions, LLC (“DataStreams”). We are excited to provide you with the opportunity to use ZenithAI. By using ZenithAI, you agree to be bound by this Usage Policy (“Policy”).

  • Interferes with or disrupts the operation of ZenithAI or any servers or networks used to provide ZenithAI;
  • Uses any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access ZenithAI for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on ZenithAI;
  • Introduces any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material;
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of ZenithAI, the server on which ZenithAI is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to ZenithAI.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, data protection, and intellectual property.

  1. Enforcement

DataStreams reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this Policy. DataStreams may terminate or suspend your access to ZenithAI at any time and without notice if you violate this Policy or for any other reason.
