You can start by asking our system any of a number of questions, such as the following:

  5. What are some strategies for dealing with difficult people or situations?

  7. What can I do to cultivate a more positive mindset?
  8. How can I set and achieve realistic goals that align with my values?
  9. What are some ways to maintain a healthy work-life balance?
  10. How can I continue to grow and develop as a person?

You can also ask ZenithAI to schedule something for you, such as a run, a meeting with friends, or reading a book. ZenithAI will then give you a custom alert message at that time. (Please note, this feature is currently in beta and as of now only relative scheduling is supported, eg “15 minutes from now”, “8 hours from now”, “10 days from now”, or “3 months from now”)

You can also ask ZenithAI questions about factual topics, such as the main chord changes on Giant steps by John Coltrane, Category Theory, how to fix your car, or just about anything. ZenithAI is surprisingly knowledgeable about a wide range of topics, even though its focus is on lifecoaching related subjects.
