DataStreams Solutions, LLC (“DataStreams,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ZenithAI and ZenithAI Auto platforms (“ZenithAI,” “ZenithAI Auto” or the “Platforms”), AI-powered life coaching and autonomous agent virtual assistant applications, respectively. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use ZenithAI or ZenithAI Auto.

4.3 Location Information

You can prevent your device from sharing location information by changing the settings on your device. However, please note that if you do so, some features of ZenithAI and ZenithAI Auto may not be available to you or may not function properly.

ZenithAI and ZenithAI Auto are not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
